Stop losing enquiries between the website and the CRM

A form fill that sits unread is not a growth system. This work connects the website, advertising and CRM so new enquiries are captured, assigned and followed up. It is lead and workflow automation — not a custom software build, and not another vague ‘digital systems’ page.

CRM integrations and lead automation

Lead and CRM automation, here, is connecting the website, CRM and operational tools so enquiries are captured, routed and followed up without manual copying between systems.

What this automation work is for

  • Enquiries landing in the right place, with the right context
  • Less copying of names, jobs and follow-ups between tools
  • A clearer picture of which channels produce work
  • Room to add booking, quoting or job-management steps later

Who CRM and lead automation is for

  • Teams drowning in inbox lead handling
  • Businesses whose quoting or scheduling still lives in spreadsheets
  • Companies that have bought a CRM and barely use it
  • Offices that lose after-hours form fills and quoted jobs that go cold

Handoff problems this work is meant to fix

  • Form fills sit unread after hours
  • The same customer details are typed into three tools
  • Nobody can say which channel produced the job
  • Quotes go out and nobody chases them

Enquiry capture and CRM handoff

Website forms, call data and, where useful, Phase Connect leads passed into the CRM or job system you actually work from — with the source still attached.

Lead routing and missed-enquiry recovery

Rules for who owns a new enquiry, what happens after hours, and what fires if nobody has picked it up. The aim is a response, not another unread notification.

Follow-up, reminders and quote chase

Automated follow-up after a quote, appointment reminders, and simple nurture where the job is not same-day. Repetitive admin leaves the spreadsheet.

Internal notifications without zap soup

The office, the engineer or the account owner gets told in the tool they already use. Integrations are documented. Fragile one-offs stay manual until they are worth the engineering.

Systems, not zap soup

Integrations are documented and owned. The aim is a reliable pipeline, not a tangle of unnamed recipes.

Works with custom software

If off-the-shelf tools cannot carry the process, we will say so and discuss a proper build rather than forcing another workaround.

We work with UK businesses. Berkshire and the South East — Newbury, Thatcham, Reading, Basingstoke, Oxford and Swindon — are a practical focus for local-service clients, not a limit on who we will work with.

Typical work on this engagement covers enquiry capture, CRM handoff, lead routing, missed enquiry recovery, automated follow-up, appointment reminders, quote follow-up, customer nurturing and internal notifications.

Questions we are asked

Is this Zapier with extra steps?
Sometimes a simple integration is enough. When the process is core to the business, undocumented zap soup becomes the problem. We will say which is which.
Do you build custom software instead?
When off-the-shelf tools cannot carry the workflow. That work is described on the custom software page. Automation connects what you already use; software is a new system.
Will you replace our CRM?
Not by default. The usual job is to make the current CRM actually receive, route and follow up the enquiry. Replacing the CRM is a different, larger decision.
